How To Enter "Flow State"

Do Something You Love

It goes without saying, but this is the easiest way to get into a flow state. Doing something you love can satisfy your mind’s craving and make it easier to connect with your body. Once you master the sync you're ready to flow.

Create A Ritual

As you gear up for the field, focus on entering a state of concentration and create a series of actions that you do every single time. You might choose to meditate, listen to music, eat a certain snack, or warm-up with a specific stretch. No matter your choice you need to inform your brain that “it’s time”.

Eliminate Distractions

You need to eliminate things that distract you from your passion and your ritual. Maybe you put your phone away or turn your song up to drown out the noise. If it cuts into your focus it needs to go. Flow State is the complete connection of mind and body and distractions will ruin your ritual and take you out of the zone.
